About us
1. WHO ARE PARK HOMES LAW
Park Homes Law was established in early 2020 by Real Estate Barrister Ibraheem Dulmeer. Having focused on his career very early on in Real Estate he has quickly built a strong reputation in this sector. His in-depth knowledge ensures you are provided with excellent advice at a fixed cost with no surprises. With a wealth of knowledge which has been built over the years our Barrister will give you a tailored approach to your matter.
Ibraheem’s background involved working for the Government backed Leasehold Advisory Service (LEASE) for almost 6 years and was instrumental in setting up the Park Homes department. He specialised in legal advice to the park homes industry which included local authority officers, site owners and park home owners on all aspects of park homes law.
Ibraheem has been featured in respected publications including: Estates Gazette, Landlord and Tenant Review, Law Society’s Property in Practice, RICS Property Journal, News on the Block, Flat Living and The Negotiator.
